USD-Tea ($USDTEA): the AriZona Stablecoin

Pegged to 99¢ since 1992. They said it themselves: "AriZona is a stable coin." Now it's onchain as $USDTEA, live on Arc.

The origin

They told us.

On February 28, 2024, AriZona Iced Tea posted six words.

Tether pegs a token to the dollar. AriZona has kept a 99¢ tall can at the same price for over thirty years: through inflation, recessions and every crypto cycle there's been.

That's a stable coin. USD-Tea puts it onchain on Arc, the chain where stablecoins pay the gas.

How to buy

Grab a can.

Arc uses USDC for gas, so the stablecoin meme costs stablecoin fees.

Set up a wallet

Use any EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby and so on) and add the Arc network.

Get USDC on Arc

Bridge USDC to Arc. It pays your gas and it's what you swap from.

Swap for $USDTEA

Copy the contract address from the top of this page, swap, and hold the peg.
